Summer Magic Corporation is the header company of a group of restaurant and food stores those are located in Brisbane.
It has been one of the reputable Japanese companies in the food industry in Australia for several years. The company is the sole provider for Sushi Deli, Japanese Fine Food - HANAICHI, FIORE – salad pasta, and HANACHI – Sushi Bar & Dining which is a new restaurant coming soon in the New Year.

Owned by Mr Saturo Takahashi, a Japanese chef himself has been running the food business for more than 8 years and presently he has a total of 200 to 300 employees working under him.

Mr Saturo Takahashi, who is also a bilingual, is capable of speaking both Japanese and English. He has been practicing the art of Japanese food back in Japan , Osaka , since the age of 19. He started off as an apprentice, endures hardships and slowly worked himself up to the position of a chef. And till now, he has more than 20 years of experience in the food industry.

His motto is to ‘Serve the BEST!' be it the food quality or the services that his customers receive from his employees. You can always count on him for quality food with the reasonable prices in town!

The Header Chef of Summer Magic Corporation has also studied Italian Cooking in Italy from 1988 till 1990. Mr. Takahashi has lots of experience in the cooking area. He has a professional specialty of Sushi, Nigili, Rice, Hot Dishes, Fried Food, Salad, Italian Spaghetti, Italian Pasta, etc.
